Once you have completed your purchase through Eventbrite you will receive an email providing you with your program information. Alternatively, you can visit the Online Event Page on Eventbrite for details regarding your self-care program.

The School of Self-Care does not offer any refunds after purchase of any of our products or programs. We do however offer a gift certificate which you are able to use at a later stage. Please note this will be done on a case-by-case basis and at our own discretion. We are by no means legally bound to give you a gift certificate.

It is important to attend each self-care session to get the full benefit of the program. If, however, you are unable to attend please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and your facilitator will provide you with information you may require to prepare for the following session should this be necessary.

Please visit our programs page to view our self-care programs. Once you have selected a self-care program, click on the “Buy Now” button which will take you to our ticketing page on Eventbrite where you can complete your booking.
You will need a laptop or similar electronic device and internet connection. It is recommended that you have a notebook and pen to take notes as well as some water or a cup of tea and perhaps something to keep you comfortable and warm (depending on your time zone) , like a cushion or a blanket.
Yes, our self-care programs are interactive. However, it is recommended that you mute your microphone during the lesson. Your facilitator will guide you as to when, should you feel comfortable to do so, to ask questions or share your thoughts.
