In this program, we will explore and understand the benefits of how food and body image can be part of your well-being and self-care routine. It is designed to help you end the vicious cycle with your body image and provide you with the tools on how to deal with triggers and negative thoughts and develop a healthy relationship with your body.

A 1 hour live-online session will be held each week and will cover the following topics:
Week 1: There is no Wrong Way of Having a Body, Healthy at Every Size
This week we will look at where body issues come from and what the dangers can be if you don’t address them. You will learn what real food does and that weight or size has nothing to do with being healthy or unhealthy. You will receive tools and tricks to get you started with approaching your body in a different way. We will talk as a community where you can share your thoughts about body issues if this feels useful to you.
Week 2: Food and Body Issues
Sometimes we don’t know where our beliefs and thoughts come from regarding our body image. We will look at tools that can support you in noticing your body and thoughts from a new perspective. Our discussion will focus on where food, diet, and body image come from, and where possible, to share your thoughts during our time together.
Week 3: Make the Switch – How to Step Over to Healthy (Food) Habits Without Depriving Yourself
What are healthy food habits? There are so many diets and health tips it can be difficult to know what really is good for you. Together we look at modern food vs natural food and what food does with your body and mood. We will help you to understand your relationship with your body and how to make better choices for the well-being of your body and mind. As a community, we will discuss how food affects you, and you are welcome to share should you feel comfortable doing so.
Week 4: Learn and Understand Conscious and Intuitive Eating – Get Back to Knowing and Trusting Your Body
With the tools you have learned over the past three weeks we will explore what conscious and intuitive eating is and how this affects your wellbeing and health. We will discuss how to start a new healthy relationship with your food, body, and mind and how you can regain trust in your choices and body. Together we talk as a community on how we can trust ourselves and our thoughts and how food and body image can be a part of your well-being and self-care routine.
- Each event will open 5 minutes prior to starting to provide you with time to login-in and get comfortable.
- Sessions will not be recorded for privacy purposes.
- After you have signed up for your program you will receive a Zoom link to enter our virtual self-care space.
